RETURNS

In the highly unlikely event you would like to return your products bought online here at Lears Creative Interiors (within 14 days of purchase), please follow these simple steps.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-refundable items:
- Gift cards
- Frenchic Products unless the product is defective
- Workshops

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
1. Please email us at tracey@learscreativeinteriors.co.uk with ‘RETURNS: [Order Number]’ as the subject, informing us you would like to return one (or more) of your items. You can find your order number on the invoice email we sent you when the product(s) were purchased.
2. We will then contact you to assess what the problem may be, and if a return is indeed needed.
3. If a return/refund is indeed needed, we will arrange with you to send the item back to us.
4. Once the item is received here at Lears Creative Interiors, we will contact you again and to let you know your item is received.
5. The refund is then returned to you via the payment method you used (PayPal or WorldPay/Visa etc). We do not have any control over the time it takes for the amount to appear in your account but it can take up to 10 working days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tracey@learscreativeinteriors.co.uk and send your item to: Lears Creative Interiors, Ferndale, Long Acre, West Runton, NR27 9NN

Workshops
Should you wish to change your workshop date, requests must be made by emailing tracey@learscreativeinteriors.co.uk at least 72 hours before the workshop is due to start. Refunds are not possible on workshops but we can amend your booking to a future date as per the timeframes specified above.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Lears Creative Interiors, Ferndale, Long Acre, West Runton, NR27 9NN

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend you use a tracked delivery service.
